The Internal Audit team at Hezardastan Holding is looking for a sharp, analytical, and motivated individual to join its core function. This team plays a key role in ensuring that the financial operations across the holding company and its subsidiaries are compliant with applicable laws, well-documented, and safeguarded by effective internal controls. The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening financial transparency, improving internal procedures, and supporting sound corporate governance throughout the Group.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Review and evaluate financial procedures to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant record-keeping
• Identify high-risk areas and propose improvements to internal control systems
• Investigate accounting records to detect errors, irregularities, or fraud, and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial statements before submission to external auditors

 

Requirements

 

• Master’s degree in Accounting (preferably with a focus on Auditing)
• Strong analytical skills in reviewing and interpreting financial statements
• Thorough knowledge of Iranian accounting and auditing standards
• Familiarity with Iranian tax, insurance, and commercial laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of English (reading and writing)
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in an internal audit role
