you will own the full business development lifecycle—from lead qualification and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, contract closing, and client handoff. You will work closely with marketing, project management, and delivery teams to ensure opportunities are converted into profitable, well-scoped projects aligned with the studio’s capabilities and strategic goals.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets, particularly the US and GCC regions
Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities through multiple channels, including referrals, LinkedIn, marketplaces, and website inquiries
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, business challenges, requirements, budgets, and timelines
Build trusted relationships with founders, business leaders, NGOs, and key stakeholders
Prepare proposals, scopes of work, pricing structures, timelines, and project assumptions
Collaborate with design, development, and project teams to define accurate project scopes and estimates
Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization processes
Ensure opportunities align with company capabilities, profitability targets, and operational priorities
Support smooth project handoff to delivery teams following contract signing
Maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business, and strategic partnerships
Manage marketplace opportunities and platform communications across channels such as Upwork and similar platforms
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline visibility, and business development reporting

Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through contract closure

Experience managing projects in the $10K–$100K range
Familiarity with CRM platforms, Notion, and sales operations tools
Basic understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, and digital product development processes
Existing network within startup, SME, or agency ecosystems
