The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving user acquisition, strategic partnerships, and regional market expansion for the company's digital payments initiative. With deep familiarity in the payment and forex space, the role demands strategic outreach, execution of localized campaigns, and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment with growth KPIs. This individual plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence within targeted communities and converting qualified leads into long-term partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert strategic leads within the forex and crypto sectors by leveraging networks and outreach initiatives to strengthen market positioning and drive qualified user acquisition.
- Build and maintain a structured partnership pipeline through direct engagement, affiliate/IB tracking systems, and stakeholder mapping, ensuring consistent inflow of leads and visibility in key communities.
- Represent the brand at major industry events and expos by proactively participating in relevant gatherings, to increase brand credibility and identify business opportunities.
- Design and execute data-driven B2B and awareness campaigns in collaboration with marketing, aligned with product KPIs, to amplify brand engagement and lead generation.
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with brokers, influencers, PSPs, and regional partners by maintaining timely, transparent communication to enhance trust and continuity.
- Continuously assess and refine growth strategies based on market feedback, performance reviews, and user insights, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
- Ensure structured documentation and communication using internal tools (Notion, Click Up, CRM), and deliver weekly/monthly updates to leadership for transparent reporting and agile execution.
- Propose improvements to partnership workflows and internal processes to boost efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ensure scalable, repeatable execution across regions.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience & Education
- Proven experience in business development or partnerships, ideally in fintech, payments, or forex industries.
- Strong understanding of forex trading communities and payment ecosystems.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – primary working language.
Technical Expertise
- CRM and pipeline tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion).
- Project/task management platforms (e.g., Click Up, Trello, Asana).
- Event coordination and partnership negotiation skills.
- Analytical tools for tracking KPIs, campaign performance, and lead funnels.
- Proficiency in proposal development and business case presentations.
- Digital communication platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, MS Teams).
