The Creative Product Designer is responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric product designs. Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Marketers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that designs align with user needs and business goals. You will take products from concept through to final design, developing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing experiences. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and user experience, continuously refining and iterating on designs based on user feedback, business goals, testing results, and technical constraints.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Marketers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that reflect the product vision
• Create high-quality visual designs that align with brand identity and user expectations
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user input and testing results
• Participate in usability testing and user validation to ensure designs are intuitive and user-friendly
• Refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback, business goals, and technical constraints
• Ensure consistency of design elements across platforms and devices
• Contribute to the Design System and maintain design consistency across the product suite
• Present design concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into design iterations
• Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders
• Maintain high standards for visual design quality and usability
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of proven experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or similar fields
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or other prototyping tools
• A strong portfolio showcasing Product Design, UI/UX work, and your design process
• Knowledge of design principles, usability, and human-centered design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design work
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Openness to feedback and the ability to make iterative improvements
• Passion for design and continuous learning
