Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Multimedia Designer with a strong background in architecture or related design fields. This person will bridge architectural precision with high-end visual storytelling, shaping the way our company presents its projects to investors, partners, and the wider market.

Core Requirements

Technical Skills

• Expert use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere pro).
• Familiar with 3D/architectural tools such as Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, or Blender.
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Keynote, premium investor decks).
• Understanding of digital design (social media, newsletters, web assets).
• Video editing experience is desirable.

Portfolio Expectations

• Refined branding and identity work.
• High-quality brochures, pitch decks, and investor marketing packs.
• Integration of architectural visuals into polished design layouts.
• Digital campaigns for property, architecture, or luxury sectors.
• Evidence of storytelling through visual design.

Conceptual & Strategic Skills

• Ability to translate property language into accessible, aspirational content.
• Strong eye for luxury branding and detail.
• Confident in building and maintaining a consistent brand identity.
• Capable of contributing to strategy as well as execution.

Responsibilities

• Work towards the development and guardianship of The Collaborative London’s brand identity.
• Create investor-facing brochures, prospectuses, and marketing materials.
• Produce variety of visual content assets for social media, newsletters and the website.
• Build and boosting branding systems for each campaign and projects.
• Work with projects teams to refine visuals and integrate renders into marketing outputs.
• Oversee print and digital production, ensuring premium finish.
• Establish and maintain a unified visual language across all channels.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Experience at a leading architecture practice or luxury services/product.
• Strong appreciation for London property aesthetics and investor communications.
• Connections to creative suppliers (printers, CGI specialists) is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to craft, detail, and precision.

Soft Skills

• Comfortable collaborating with us as this is a remote role; No internet or connectivity issues.
• Organised and methodical.
• Curious about architecture, investment, and international projects.
